How long until a repair visit?
Repairs come first: usually within the week, sometimes the next day. Cracked glazing or a closure that no longer locks moves ahead of scheduled jobs — call me and I will tell you when I can come.
Do you work on joinery you did not fit?
Yes. Brands and systems are very alike: hardware, motors and glazing can be replaced on almost everything out there. If the part cannot be found, I say so and offer the closest alternative.
